A lofty goal
it is, to make
the world turn
with your fingers
I, with pad
I, with phone;
demands for a
fifth one lingers
Gone is the
man, who loves
his family; more
than all of
his earthly wealth
Gone is the
man, a visionary
because an illness
took a toll
on his health
He is the
topic over a
cup of coffee,
he is the
King of Brews
His passing away
Spread widely throughout,
and made him
King of News

celebrate all the wonders he have brought!
What a waste. The world still needs him. :[
I enjoyed how you gradually introduced, and never named, the subject of the poem. And the noble "Gone is the man" lines.

A nice tribute to Steve, who did indeed allow us to turn the world with our fingers. My Magpie 86 is Cepheus.
