Haunted

P & C were having a talk about how each other have been since the last time they got together. During the conversation,

C:         Ay, babe… May sasabihin pala ako sa ‘yo…

P:         Ok… what is it?

C rode a jeep going to the place where they’d meet. He was seated beside this guy,

C:         Cute sya, babe…

P:         Oooh… Tapos?

He was stealing glances from him, till there’s this instance that their eyes met. They stared at each other, and then he looked away. He was seated beside C. He was also clinging on the handrail and, mindful or not, he was bumping his elbow to C’s elbow.

C:         Oh, diba babe? Alam na.

C got a little curious as to why the cute guy hasn’t alighted from the jeep yet.

C:         Nung pumara ako, babe, bumaba din siya. So yun, I got scared.

            P:         Oh, is that why you texted me with “San k n?”

C:         Yes, babe. And in my head I was like, ”P… asan ka na? Kuya won’t go away and he’s

stalking me…”

            P:         Buti nalang tinigilan ka niya…

            C:         Oo nga eh..

            P:         Uhm, babe? May ikukwento rin ako sa ‘yo eh..

            C:         Ano yun?

So I was home alone on All Saints Day; I even remember tweeting about it. Anyway, that night, an unknown number keeps on calling. The fifth time, I cancelled the call and sent a text message to the unknown number. Who would’ve thought that I’d be haunted?

(Nyeta! Sino kaya ‘to? Atat much, limang missed calls ampf!)

Me:      may I know who dis is?

Him:    Im Mark, remember?

(duh?! ang dami ko kayang kilalang Mark!!)

Me:      uhm, mark.. hmm.. could you refresh my memory?

Him:    sa mrt yta tau nagmeet.

(Nakow!! Patay tayo dyan!!)

Me:      oh, yah.. hehehehe.. hi daddy mark! :) How are you?

Him:    HHehe nakalimutan q na kc looks mo eh.

(Wushuuuu… nakalimutan daw… eh bakit ibang number ginamit mo? Nagpalit ka lang ng number, nakalimutan mo na how I look? Weh?)

Me:      hahahaha.. gnun? :P why’d you start connecting with me again? anong meron?

He never replied back. Good!

Sorry ka nalang, daddy… I have my babe with me.
